Job Title: Liaising Officer – Solar Panel Division Job Purpose: To act as the primary point of contact between the company, government departments, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth approvals, compliance, and coordination for solar panel projects. Key Responsibilities: Government & Regulatory Liaison Establish and maintain strong relationships with government agencies (MNRE, SECI, State Nodal Agencies, DISCOMs, Pollution Control Board, etc.). Coordinate for project approvals, licenses, clearances, and statutory compliances. Ensure timely filing of applications, documentation, and follow-ups. Compliance & Documentation Monitor compliance with all applicable policies, renewable energy guidelines, and statutory norms. Maintain updated records of approvals, agreements, and licenses. Prepare reports and trackers for management on the status of clearances. Stakeholder Coordination Act as a bridge between internal departments (project, engineering, finance, legal) and external authorities. Assist project teams in resolving local/regulatory hurdles. Support in land acquisition documentation, right-of-way clearances, and grid connectivity approvals. Business Support Track government tenders, subsidies, and incentives related to solar energy. Provide timely updates to management about policy changes or opportunities. Build a strong network with industry associations, local bodies, and vendors for smooth execution. Representation & Communication Represent the company at official meetings, hearings, and public forums. Draft letters, applications, and responses to government authorities. Ensure transparent and professional communication at all levels. Desired Skills & Competencies: Strong networking and relationship-building ability. Knowledge of renewable energy policies and state-specific regulations. Excellent communication and drafting skills. Problem-solving and coordination skills under tight deadlines.
