Location: Ahmedabad, India Type: Internship (Full-time) About the Role We are an early-stage startup seeking a motivated UI/UX Design Intern to join our team and contribute to product development from the ground up. Working directly with our founder, you will take ownership of design projects that directly impact user experience and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Design comprehensive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma Develop interactive prototypes and maintain design system consistency Create micro-animations and transitions using Lottie for enhanced user interactions Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions Conduct user research and iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing Required Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in UI/UX design principles and methodologies Design end-to-end user experiences including user flows, wireframes, auto-layout, component systems, prototyping, and pixel-perfect high-fidelity mockups in Figma (Need most – It’s okay if you don’t know everything) Contribute to design strategy discussions and present design solutions with clear rationale to the leadership team Experience creating responsive designs across web and mobile platforms Strong understanding of user-centered design processes Portfolio showcasing at least 2–3 design projects with a clear problem-solving approach Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale Preferred Qualifications Experience with animation tools (LottieFiles, After Effects, or similar) Familiarity with design handoff processes and developer collaboration Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices Previous internship or freelance design experience What We Offer Hands-on product design experience with real market impact Direct mentorship from an experienced founder Professional development through challenging projects Internship completion certificate and LinkedIn recommendation Potential pathway to full-time or freelance opportunities Flexible working hours and stipend Application Requirements To be considered for this position, please submit: Updated resume highlighting relevant design experience (Formal experience not necessary.
