So many calls after applying online and no one is taking responsibility. I needed a connection and no one ready to give it. Such a pathetic service. I really wonder how are they sustaining.

Customers being received well. Based on type of problem customers are being sent to the respective staff to get the problems resolved in a short time. They try to give immediate assistance whenever customer reports any issues.

This seems to be their operations office, but sadly none here are able to even guide how to reach their projects team for installation and related issues! Their project team is hopeless and highly irresponsible and extremely difficult to reach. Hopefully the operations team here are doing their core job good.

Worst service. Applied online for new connections in the month of November 2019 - now it is August 2020 no improvement. Every time I have to visit personally to remind them and seems none of them working. Then only got to know that it is a Government company - no wonder.

Gail need to put more ground staff to implement connection requests quickly. There is no communication from Gail if or when they can provide gas connection and the call center provides a mobile number which never gets answered.

Worst staff and service ever. Hundreds of follow ups. Zero results and actions. Transparency hits sea bottom. God knows when will government privatize these companies. Horrible employees.

It is marketing wing office of GAIL. Marketing wing official will not take responsibility of project wing work. How ever one Mr Lakshman is taking responsibility of project wing work also and he has arranged to solve the issues.Thanks for him.

Prompt service wrt to installation of gas pipe in our home. Also, office staff are very polite. Customer friendly.

Very pathetic service, people handling the calls and connection request has lots of discrepancies. When I asked the manager's number to escalate the matter, call center guys disconnected the call and finally gave a number after repeated attempts and it turn out to be a wrong number.
