Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a QA/QC Manager located in Bengaluru. The QA/QC Manager will oversee the quality assurance and quality control processes for all construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing QA/QC procedures, conducting inspections, and coordinating with project teams to resolve quality issues. The QA/QC Manager will also maintain documentation and reports related to quality control activities and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Experience in developing and implementing QA/QC procedures and policies Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements Proficiency in conducting inspections and audits Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant certifications in quality management or related fields are a plus Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Experience in the real estate or construction industry is beneficial
