The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who can transform data into actionable insights and help guide business decisions. You will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements, and ensure successful solution delivery. Key Responsibilities Collaborate across functions to build strong internal and external partnerships Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape Gather, analyze, and document business requirements Support system implementation, testing, and configuration Facilitate requirement analysis and functional design sessions Communicate technical and business information effectively to stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Experience working with data projects and environments Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) Experience in customer-facing roles Prior experience with US healthcare-related projects is a strong plus Experience with application development projects is an advantage Good to have Skills draw .io, UI UX Wire Frames, MS Excel, MS Power Point. Experience in the pharmaceutical US Health Care domain is a strong plus.
