We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Growth Manager who will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, marketing knowledge, and a growth mindset to scale our product and brand. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute growth strategies to increase users, revenue, and brand reach Analyze user behavior, funnels, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to run growth experiments Manage and optimize paid & organic marketing channels (SEO, social media, ads, referrals, etc.) Improve user onboarding, activation, and retention strategies Track KPIs such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and churn Conduct A/B testing and data-driven experiments Identify new growth channels and partnerships Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Growth Manager / Growth Marketer Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and performance tracking Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO tools, etc. Data-driven mindset with problem-solving skills Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,258.50 - ₹43,868.35 per month Work Location: In person
