We invite talented professionals to be part of our exciting endeavors. Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive for our operations in Ukhrul, Jaipur. This full-time, mid-level position requires 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in accounting within the construction industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in bank reconciliation to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and discrepancies are addressed promptly. Strong understanding of general ledgers, including the ability to maintain accuracy and integrity in financial reporting. Experience in purchase bill posting to validate invoices and proper allocation of expenses. In-depth knowledge of GST regulations, enabling compliance and accurate filings. Proficient in TDS procedures, ensuring timely deductions and deposit of taxes. Excellent analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights for business decisions. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently. Roles and Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, ensuring comprehensive and accurate documentation. Manage bank reconciliations to maintain the integrity of financial records. Post purchase bills and ensure accurate entry of financial data into company systems. Handle GST and TDS returns, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and timely filing. Maintain general ledger accounts and perform monthly reconciliations to facilitate financial planning. Collaborate with auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation and clarification as required. Assist in budgeting processes, providing financial forecasts and variance analyses to management. Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
