Role & responsibilities Job Title: Accounts Executive Department: Finance & Accounts Reports To: Accounts Manager / Finance Head Preferred age of the candidate is below 28 Year Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate day-to-day financial records using Tally . Handle accounts payable and receivable processes. Assist in preparation of financial reports and monthly reconciliations. Prepare and maintain records of invoices, bills, payments, and other transactions. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like GST, TDS, PF, etc. Support internal and external audit processes. Assist in payroll processing and employee expense management. Collaborate with other departments for timely and accurate financial reporting. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Commerce ( B.Com / M.Com ). Proven working knowledge and hands-on experience with Tally ERP . Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Additional Information: Experience: 1-3 years (preferred, but freshers with strong Tally knowledge may apply). Age Limit: Below 30 years.
