Her salary would be based on basic 20K (should be able to finish 2,50,000/- sale in a month against fresh orders every month). After that, for additional sales, additional incentives would be given. 4. Preference will be given to candidates who are willing to commit to at least 2 years of work with the organization. 5. Only female candidates are required for this job. 6. The candidate should have patience for Indian art & culture.
