Job Overview We are looking for someone who can take full care of the quality of our garments during production. You should know how garments are made and be able to catch mistakes and guide the team to fix them. Responsibilities Check the quality at every stage: cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing. Do regular inspections on the production line to make sure garments meet our standards. Find defects and guide workers on how to correct them. Maintain daily quality reports. Check incoming fabric, trims, and accessories. Make sure all garments follow buyer requirements (measurements, stitching, finishing). Work with production and merchandising teams to solve quality issues. Train workers on basic quality rules and checkpoints. Prepare documents for audits and buyer inspections. Requirements Experience in garment quality control (minimum 3 years preferred). Good knowledge of stitching, garment construction, and measurement. Able to handle buyer inspections. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word). Good communication and problem-solving skills. Salary Based on experience.
