Role & responsibilities Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable two-wheeler models. Explain product features, technical specifications, pricing, finance options, and promotional offers. Conduct test rides and ensure a positive customer experience during the sales process. Prepare and process sales documentation, including quotations, invoices, and delivery orders. Coordinate with the finance team for loan/EMI approvals and with the service team for timely vehicle delivery. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the dealership. Maintain good relationships with existing customers and follow up for referrals and repeat sales. Stay updated about competitors products, features, and pricing to handle customer queries effectively. Assist in showroom display arrangement, product launches, and promotional events. Maintain proper records of inquiries, follow-ups, and closed deals in the sales system.
