Game Engine Developer

The role of Game Engine/Server Developer is highly demanding and varied, with a focus on expanding our client's slots portfolio. You will manage, maintain, and extend the current slots" engine throughout all stages of the software development lifecycle, from game requirements, development, and testing. This position may be considered Senior, but we encourage ambitious and determined Mid-level slots developers to apply. As the creator and technical architect of our games Server-side development, you will work with Java and Python code bases while adhering to regulatory guidelines, policies, and procedures. Your responsibilities will include designing and updating new tools, features, and functionalities to expand game engine possibilities or optimize performance. You will need to design scalable and maintainable solutions, build new tools to enhance game creation, work with mathematicians to balance game servers for precise statistical outcomes, and help extend the server framework. Furthermore, you will analyze new product requirements and offer technical insights into the necessary work, as well as participate in code reviews and game design. We are looking for a motivated, self-starting individual capable of multitasking, who is detail-oriented, analytical, disciplined, and highly organized. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Qualifications for this position include a bachelor's degree in computer science/software engineering or equivalent experience in coding with at least one object-oriented programming language (such as Java, Python, etc). You should have a good understanding of OOP principles, unit testing, integration testing, basic database operations, and excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Skills in the Java Spring Framework and 3 to 5 years" experience as a Java software developer are required. iGaming experience is considered an asset.
