Not for money right now. Not for guaranteed returns. This is for people who want to create something because they love the craft — design, code, art, sound, storytelling — all of it. I have a game concept with a twist I haven’t seen used like this before. I’m not sharing the core idea publicly, but if you’re curious and you actually want to contribute, we’ll talk privately. I’m looking for people who want to practice, experiment, learn, and build : Game dev (Unity/Unreal/Godot) 2D/3D art & animation Sound design / music Level design / game mechanics Community/marketing (optional) Here’s the thing: If you need guaranteed pay or a contract right now, this isn’t for you. No hard feelings. But if you want a creative lab where we push ourselves, make mistakes, try wild ideas, and maybe build something impressive — then DM me with: What you do (your skill or segment) What you’ve worked on (if anything) Why you want to be part of a passion-driven project The idea will be shared only with people who seem genuinely interested, not just curious. Let’s see what we can build when the only goal is better skills and a damn good game.
We’re building a casual 3D fruit‑shooter mobile game at 3xPixel and are looking for a 3D Environment Artist to join us in a collaboration role. About the game Casual arcade / puzzle shooter for mobile (Android first). Jungle–orchard market theme: floating land, fruit trees, center table with buckets where players shoot fruits. 3D, built in Unity, using URP and optimized for low‑/mid‑range mobile devices. What we need from you (current focus) Create the base / ground level environment for Level 1: Jungle/forest‑style terrain or floating platform. Central table/area where buckets and gameplay happen. Clean composition so gameplay objects are clearly visible. Build mobile‑friendly environment meshes: Good sense of scale and silhouette for top‑down / slightly isometric camera. Efficient low‑poly models and clean topology. Work with URP materials and textures: PBR or stylized, but consistent with a bright, cartoony fruit theme. Texture sizes and compression suitable for mobile performance. Nice‑to‑have Experience integrating assets directly in Unity (prefabs, LODs, lightmapping if needed). Familiarity with performance constraints on Android (draw calls, batching, etc.). Comfortable collaborating with gameplay devs and UI/UX. What we offer (collaboration) This is a collaboration role, not a fixed salary job (at least initially). You’ll be a core part of the project from the base world onwards. Revenue share / grant share will be discussed transparently and fairly with the whole team. You’ll be credited as 3D Environment Artist on the project and in all showcases. If this sounds interesting, join our 3xPixel community and share: Your portfolio / ArtStation / Behance A few examples of low‑poly or mobile‑optimized environments you’ve done Your preferred tools (Blender/Maya/etc.) and time availability We’re looking for someone who loves colorful, stylized worlds and wants to help shape the first playable base of the game.
