Company Description art & soul, established in 2003 by Dr Tarana Khubchandani, is a gallery showcasing Indian modern and contemporary arts. The gallery is dedicated to fostering aesthetic syncretism through diverse exhibitions spanning various art historical timelines. It offers services such as collection management, curatorial expertise, and investment advice. The gallery is also linked to the art & soul Cancer Foundation, promoting accessible health in cancer research. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Gallery Assistant located in Worli, Mumbai. The Gallery Assistant will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day gallery operations, including assistance with exhibition set up, and managing gallery administration tasks. Daily duties will include communicating with artists and visitors, maintaining gallery records, assistance with photography and social media handling, archiving and ensuring the gallery space is well-organized and presentable. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Gallery operations and Gallery Administration Knowledge and passion for Art Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time-management skills Bachelor's degree in Art, Art History, or related field is preferred
