We are establishing a new sales centre in India to drive sales for our accounting and marketing services across both regions. Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales Centre to lead the setup and operations of our new sales centre in India. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with extensive experience in managing Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) operations, handling large teams, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a go-getter with a track record of achieving ambitious targets and the ability to build the sales centre from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Setup and Operational Management : Oversee the end-to-end setup of the sales centre, including infrastructure, technology, processes, and team recruitment. Team Leadership : Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and results. Sales Strategy Development : Design and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the company’s accounting and marketing services in India and Canada. KPO Expertise : Leverage experience in KPO operations to streamline processes, ensure quality control, and optimize efficiency in the sales centre. Performance Management : Set ambitious sales targets, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in team performance. Client Engagement : Oversee lead generation, client outreach, and relationship management to ensure a robust sales pipeline. Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and accounting teams in India and Canada to align sales efforts with business objectives. Compliance and Reporting : Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies, and provide regular performance reports to senior management. Innovation and Growth : Identify opportunities for process improvements, technology adoption, and market expansion to enhance the sales centre’s impact. Qualifications and Skills Experience : Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with at least 5 years in managing KPO or BPO operations. Proven track record of successfully leading large teams (50+ members) in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Experience in setting up and scaling sales or call centre operations is highly desirable. Skills : Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire. Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and client relationship management. Expertise in KPO operations, including process optimization and quality assurance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams across India and Canada. Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking KPIs and using data to drive decisions. Go-getter attitude with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred. Other Requirements : Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Willingness to travel between India and Canada as needed.
