Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation. Field Sales – Searching for new clients & customers. Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies. Provide excellent customer service and support. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Marketing & Promotion: Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Manage promotional activities and sales initiatives. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with other departments (e.g., technical, product development) to align sales and marketing efforts. Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to management. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Negotiation & Communication: Negotiate sales deals with clients. Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Provide technical expertise on SS roll products to customers. Other Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services. Identify potential areas for product development and improvement. Contribute to the development of marketing materials and sales tools. May be involved in pricing strategies and product positioning.
