Job Title: HR Executive Job Type: Full-time Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad Department: Human Resources Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and smart HR Executive with excellent communication skills and a passion for people. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving recruitment efforts, strengthening employee engagement initiatives, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires a proactive individual who is approachable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling HR operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Acquisition / Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with internal teams. Draft and post job descriptions across various job portals and social platforms. Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidates’ fit based on culture and job role. Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and provide weekly hiring status reports. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines. 2. Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as birthday celebrations, team outings, wellness programs, festive events, etc. Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Assist in collecting feedback and implementing initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Support in maintaining a healthy and inclusive work environment. 3. HR Operations & Communication: Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, leave management, and company practices. Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases. Draft internal communications, announcements, and coordinate employee feedback surveys. Support performance appraisal coordination and documentation. 4. Coordination & Culture Building: Work closely with management to support HR strategies and culture-building activities. Assist in policy implementation and communication across the organization. Bring creative and fresh ideas to strengthen team bonding and collaboration. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is a must). Smart personality with a positive and approachable attitude. Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills. Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR tools (e.g., Keka, Zoho, etc., preferred). Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with professionalism.
