To bring this vision to life, we’re seeking a skilled Project Manager with proven experience in online marketplace development and operations. Role Overview As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of ourmall.eu. You’ll act as the bridge between our business goals and our development team, ensuring technical progress aligns with strategic vision. Beyond managing timelines and deliverables, you’ll bring valuable marketplace knowledge to help shape how our business functions, scales, and thrives. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and launch of ourmall.eu, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within scope. Collaborate closely with programmers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements, workflows, and priorities. Translate business needs into clear, actionable tasks for the development team. Provide insights and recommendations on marketplace structure, features, and best practices. Oversee production schedules, manage budgets, and track KPIs to ensure project success. Anticipate and mitigate risks while keeping leadership informed of progress. Support ongoing optimization post-launch, driving improvements in performance, usability, and monetization. Qualifications Proven experience managing projects in the online marketplace/e-commerce space. Strong understanding of marketplace business models, including user acquisition, vendor onboarding, payments, and logistics. Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to collaborate effectively with programmers and non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana). Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to make informed business decisions. Nice to Have Prior experience in European or international marketplace operations. Familiarity with payment gateways, fulfillment systems, and regulatory compliance in e-commerce.
