Responsibilities Troubleshooting and Technical Support Customer Support and Customer Service Attending Support Tickets/Requests Remote Server Management Managing Client Side Google Workplace, Office 365 accounts Managing AWS, Google Cloud, Azure Servers Managing Hosted Servers (Shell) Requirements and skills BSc, Computer Science, or relevant field Good time-management skills Up-to-date knowledge about ongoing technologies Proven experience with Shell (Linux OS) Basic knowledge of web applications (PHP, Node, Python, Django, Golan, etc..)
