We’re looking for a passionate, skilled all-in-one Barista to take charge of the kiosk—from crafting specialty drinks to managing daily operations. What You’ll Do Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, matcha, and beverages consistently. Handle the full cycle of kiosk operations: brewing, serving, cleaning, and restocking. Manage POS system, handle cash/card payments, and maintain accurate daily sales records. Uphold hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards at all times. Ensure the kiosk maintains a welcoming and futuristic aesthetic aligned with Falcon Cloak’s brand. Experiment with new recipes, contribute ideas for menu expansion, and enhance customer experience. Act as the face of the kiosk , delivering excellent customer service with warmth and efficiency. What We’re Looking For Prior experience as a Barista or in F&B service preferred (but passion and willingness to learn matter most). Strong knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, and basic brewing methods. Ability to multitask and independently manage kiosk operations. Friendly, customer-oriented personality with excellent communication skills. Flexible and adaptable, with problem-solving skills to handle daily challenges.
