Role & responsibilities 1. Growth Manager - Emerging Fintechs: 1. Digital Sales Growth: a. Drive NCA, new SIP registrations, SIP book growth, and maximize market share on the emerging fintechs platforms. b. Work closely with Marketing to optimize digital campaigns and initiatives to maximize conversions from fintech platforms. c. Monitor KPIs such as sales volume, average transaction value, and user retention to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies. 2. Partner Acquisition and Relationship Management: a. Identify and onboard new fintech partners and other digital distributors. b. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure alignment on sales goals. 3. Platform Integration and Optimization: a. Collaborate with fintech partners and internal technology teams to integrate our APIs with their platforms. b. Ensure a smooth, intuitive user experience to drive investor engagement and transactions. c. Be a single point of contact for servicing the partner for proactive resolution of tech related issues. 4. Customer Retention: a. Develop and execute strategies to ensure customers acquired from the partners are retained. b. Analyze customer behavior and partner data to identify growth opportunities and enhance retention. 5. Performance Analytics and Reporting: a. Use data-driven insights to track performance across platforms, optimize sales strategies, and identify key areas for improvement. b. Provide regular reports to stakeholders on sales metrics, partner performance, and market trends. 6. Compliance and Best Practices: a. Ensure all digital sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
