Job Summary: The Account Executive is responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring timely and accurate billing and payments. The role involves coordination between departments, handling day-to-day accounting tasks, and supporting overall financial operations of the company. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts in Tally or other accounting software. Prepare invoices, vouchers, and journal entries. Handle accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliation of vendor and customer accounts. Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns. Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve account-related queries. Ensure timely bank reconciliation and maintain petty cash records. Support in audit preparation and documentation. Maintain confidentiality of financial and client information. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance (freshers with good knowledge may also apply). Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles. Basic Knowledge of GST, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy.
