Compensation: Equity-Based Only (Founding Team Role) Company Stage: Pre-Seed | Early-Stage Startup Funding Easy is building India’s most trusted platform that connects genuine entrepreneurs with serious investors through structured onboarding, KYC verification, pitch video uploads, investor subscriptions, and a transparent success-fee model. We are now looking for a Founding CTO who will lead and own all technological aspects of the platform. Why This Role? Key Responsibilities Technology Leadership Architect and build our entire platform (Web, Android, iOS). Lead end-to-end development using React.js, React Native, Node.js/Express, MongoDB, Firebase, and Google Cloud . Create the system architecture, database structure, user flows, scalability plan, and DevOps pipelines. Product Ownership Translate business requirements into technology solutions. Build, iterate, and optimize core features like KYC module, video pitch uploads, subscription logic, investor dashboards, and admin portal. Team Building Hire and manage the tech team as we grow. Establish coding standards, QA processes, sprint systems, and tech culture. Security & Compliance Ensure platform security, data protection, and regulatory compliance. Build robust authentication, KYC, encryption, and access controls. Future-Ready Scaling Prepare the platform for future funding rounds (Seed → Series A). Implement analytics, system monitoring, and performance optimization. Preferred Skills & Experience 3–10 years of experience in full-stack or backend engineering. Strong expertise in: React, React Native, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, Firebase, Cloud Storage (GCP/AWS). Previous experience in building scalable SaaS or marketplace platforms (preferred). Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, and microservices. Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership mentality. Experience in a startup environment is a plus (not mandatory).
