Job Description

Role Overview: As a Software Engineer at Capgemini, you will work in the area of Software Engineering, involving the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions/applications. You will apply scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems, while also being responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge. Your role will require excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams. You will collaborate with other software engineers and stakeholders, contributing towards building a more sustainable and inclusive world through technology. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and solve software engineering problems using scientific methods - Develop and apply software engineering practice and knowledge in research, design, development, and maintenance - Exercise original thought and judgment while supervising the technical and administrative work of other software engineers - Build skills and expertise in the software engineering discipline to meet standard expectations for the applicable role - Collaborate and act as a team player with other software engineers and stakeholders Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in BY Planning or related SCM platforms - Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory optimization - Hands-on experience with SQL, APIs, and scripting languages - Familiarity with ETL tools and cloud data platforms - Experience with Blue Yonder Cloud implementations (Preferred) - Certifications in BY Planning or related SCM tools (Preferred) - Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models (Preferred) *Note: The additional details of the company have been omitted from the Job Description.,
