Compensation Technology

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead

  end-to-end Merit / Bonus / ICP cycles

  on Compport (or equivalent), including configuration, testing, UAT support, and go-live.
• Configure compensation structures & rules: grades/bands, merit matrices, multi-currency logic, eligibility, proration, and approval workflows.
• Build and maintain

  ICP/SCM logic

  (sales incentive plans, quotas/targets, accelerators, slabs, exceptions, true-ups) and associated reporting outputs.
• Own integrations & data ops: mapping, API/file-based interfaces with

  Oracle HCM/Fusion / Workday / PeopleSoft / SuccessFactors

  , plus mass uploads and reconciliation.
• Partner with HR/Rewards/Sales Ops/IT stakeholders; create manager dashboards, training, and act as vendor/platform liaison.

Must-Have:

• 8 to 15 years in HR Tech / Compensation Technology with strong functional ownership of comp cycles.
• Hands-on configuration in

  Compport

  (CompPlanner / IncentivePlanner / TRS)

  OR

  beqom / HRSoft(CompXL) / Payscale(Payfactors) / Workday Advanced Comp.
• Strong experience in

  ICP (Incentive Compensation)

  and

  SCM (Sales Compensation Management)

  rule configuration.
• Strong data skills:

  Advanced Excel + SQL

  (Alteryx/ETL tools a plus); high comfort with large employee/pay datasets.
• Experience working with HRIS integrations (Oracle HCM/Fusion preferred).

Good-to-Have

• Pay equity/compliance validations and market survey mapping (Mercer/Radford/WTW).
• Reporting/dashboard experience (platform-native, Excel, BI tools).
• Global multi-country cycle exposure and multi-currency compensation planning.
