We are seeking a talented and motivated Front-End Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in meshing, multi-body dynamics (MBD), and flexible body dynamics simulation. This role requires a proactive individual with a good attitude towards learning new software and a solid foundation in engineering principles. Role & responsibilities Use your engineering knowledge and RecurDyn simulation skills to provide technical support and guidance to customers and partners. Perform advanced FEA simulations, including Multi-Body Dynamics, Linear/Non-linear, Modal, Transient, and Frequency Response analysis. Interpret simulation results, prepare detailed reports, and suggest solutions to reduce risks. Identify gaps in knowledge based on industry trends and work with experts to address them. Create knowledge resources for new RecurDyn product releases. Build expertise in specific simulation areas. Provide product improvement suggestions, report defects, and verify fixes Deliver training sessions on RecurDyn products when required. Support strategic initiatives and take on new responsibilities as needed. Continuously learn and expand expertise in emerging technical areas. Requires moderate traveling Preferred candidate profile Education : BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Automotive/Aerospace or related field (MS/M.Tech preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience using commercial or in-house CAE/FEA/MBD/CFD software (experience gained during university projects/research is acceptable). Experience in applying simulation tools to real-world, industry-level applications. Exposure to the engineering product development cycle will be an added advantage.
