Full-Stack Web Developer

We are seeking a passionate Full-Stack Web Developer who can blend design and software development skills to create web applications and tools in the AI and Digital Platforms sector. Our team is at the forefront of digital transformation for India's clean energy transition, striving for a cleaner, sustainable future with clean air for all. Your role will involve translating UI/UX design wireframes into responsive, high-performance code, developing APIs for seamless functionality, and collaborating with fellow developers to shape visual design and functional architecture. A strong dedication to problem-solving and delivering top-notch, user-centric products is crucial. Your responsibilities will include determining web page structure and design, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications using Angular.js and Spring Hibernate, creating high-quality mockups and prototypes, building reusable code and libraries, balancing functionality with aesthetic design, optimizing applications for speed and scalability, collaborating with web designers to enhance usability, ensuring responsive and mobile-optimized web designs, identifying and fixing bugs, improving application performance, writing functional requirement documents and user guides, maintaining graphic standards, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting team members across various projects. Qualifications: - BE/BTech/MCA Experience: - 3-5 years of web development experience, covering rapid prototyping to building production-ready applications with key design principles Skill Sets: - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Leaflet (or other interactive map libraries), and API integration - Strong client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks skills, especially Angular - Solid back-end development expertise using Spring Hibernate - Experience with relational database management systems like PostgreSQL - Familiarity with version control systems such as GitHub - Excellent understanding of layout aesthetics and responsive design - Ability to apply best practices in design principles related to UX, usability, reliability, and performance - Strong problem-solving, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills - Knowledge of unit testing frameworks Location: - Bengaluru To apply, please send an email to careers@cstep.in with the subject "Application: Full-Stack Web Developer - AI and Digital Platforms" and attach your updated CV and a cover letter.,
