Job Description: Senior Full Stack Developer (Finance Domain)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 7 to 10 years of core software engineering experience and a deep functional understanding of Finance, Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Revenue Management processes.

In this role, you will design, build, and scale enterprise-grade web applications, financial dashboards, and microservices integrated directly into enterprise systems like SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between complex financial business requirements and robust, secure cloud software architectures.
Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development: Architecture, design, and development of responsive frontend interfaces and high-throughput backend APIs and microservices.

• Financial Solutions & Workflows: Build automated workflow solutions, analytics dashboards, and custom reporting applications tailored to core financial operations (GL, AP, AR, Billing, Revenue Recognition).

• Enterprise Integration: Integrate custom applications with enterprise financial systems such as SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP RAR, or third-party ERP platforms.

• Architecture & Scalability: Implement event-driven microservices, API integrations, secure authentication mechanisms, and robust data models optimized for complex financial workflows.

• Data & Cloud Management: Design and maintain relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL, HANA) and deploy solutions across cloud infrastructure using containerization and automated CI/CD pipelines.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with finance domain experts and business analysts to translate complex business specs into scalable technical blueprints.

• Quality & Operations: Lead Agile practices, unit/integration automated testing, system debugging, and production-level support for high-availability systems.

Key Requirements & QualificationsTechnical & Architecture Expertise

• Backend: Advanced hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.

• Frontend: Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript along with React or Angular.

• Databases & Data Modeling: Solid proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or SAP HANA).

• Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or SAP BTP), Docker/Kubernetes containerization, and modern CI/CD pipelines.

• Integration & Security: Deep experience in RESTful API development, enterprise integration patterns, messaging systems (event-driven architecture), and secure financial data handling/compliance protocols.

Functional & Domain Expertise

• Strong end-to-end domain knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C), Revenue Recognition, Billing, AP/AR, General Ledger (GL), and Financial Reporting workflows.

• Practical integration exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR), or similar enterprise ERP tools.

Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹2,600,000.00 per year
