Pathetic service of hsrp, status shows number plate is ready, but no sms response received, unable to obtain any appointment, sent an email also but no response from support.

I paid the amount for number plate since 1st June 2016 but No response from HSRP and not update the records. till date my car number plate is not ready so what is the meaning of on line system? I think the illiterate people are working .
