Though tracking of HSRP is not satisfied but HSRP delivered in time and fixed by agency well before appointment date.

I lost my money in online payment. Company looks like fraud. The do not respond at all. No response on email. No response on Phone. Horrible... slap on Gujarat govt. face who talk big of Digital Gujarat.

HSRP plate not created. I have paid fees 10 day before, still didn't get the HSRP plate ready message. While, other people paid more fee through agents and got it second day. This is a corruption. Please stop this non sense

Worst service. Raised a request since 1 month and it has still not been fulfilled. The company has no control over the behavior of the dealers. I would recommend to go for other service providers for HSRP.

Very poor services now in VADODARA rto hsrp,3 months before I replaced my cars no.plate to hsrp with easy online payment & appointment but now as we all knew that it's given to all dealers in vadodara in high rate I can't take online …

What is wrong with you guys. Don't you know how to reply to mail. i have sent mail a month ago but till now no reply and not even the phone number is reachable and sometimes they don't pickup. I have not seen such bad service.

It has been more than 15 days that I got Registration Number of my CAR but still waiting for HSRP plate. No customer grievance mechanism or customer service desk number etc.

The process is half online, FTA should allow online payment & should open some zone wise fitment centre for speed and easy work. It will save FTA cost also.

Today when I called to their number for some help the lady behaved in a manner as such that she enjoys a power to dictate consumers...probably management is not training their employees in customer dealings
