The role involves vendor coordination, purchase order processing, cost control, and ensuring timely material availability while learning end-to-end purchasing operations in a fashion setup. Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing and purchasing fabrics, trims, accessories, and packaging materials Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, and delivery schedules Prepare and process purchase orders and follow up on pending supplies Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and MIS reports Support inventory planning and stock reconciliation Coordinate with design, production, and merchandising teams for material requirements Ensure compliance with company purchase policies and timelines Assist in cost analysis and vendor performance evaluation Skills & Competencies Basic knowledge of purchasing or supply chain processes Strong communication and coordination skills Good analytical and Excel skills Attention to detail and follow-up ability Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Qualification & Experience Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, Supply Chain, Fashion Management, or related field Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience Exposure to fashion or manufacturing industry is an advantage Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
