Front Desk Executive – AJ Fitness

Job Description

AJ Fitness is looking for a responsible and well-organized Front Desk Executive to manage reception and customer service operations at our gym in Miyapur, Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to assist members professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome gym members and visitors and assist them with their queries.
• Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries.
• Explain gym membership plans, fees, offers, and facilities.
• Manage new member registrations, membership renewals, and attendance records.
• Maintain customer information, payment records, and daily reports using MS Excel.
• Follow up with prospective members and existing customers.
• Coordinate with fitness trainers and management.
• Keep reception records organized and maintain a professional customer service environment.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English and Telugu.
• Basic computer knowledge and working proficiency in MS Excel.
• Knowledge of email, internet, and data entry.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, organized, responsible, and willing to learn.

Experience

Previous experience in reception, customer service, administration, or sales is preferred. Freshers with suitable communication and computer skills are welcome to apply.

Salary

₹8,000–₹10,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
