About the Role

UI/UX principles, responsive web design, typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop

  responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly website layouts

  .
• Create website designs, landing pages, dashboards, and other digital interfaces based on business requirements.
• Create

  wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

  using Figma or similar design tools.
• Apply strong

  UI/UX principles, visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, color theory, and design consistency

  .
• Design responsive layouts for

  desktop, tablet, and mobile devices

  .
• Create engaging

  interactive elements, hover effects, transitions, and basic animations

  where required.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Review implemented designs and ensure

  pixel-perfect alignment with approved UI designs

  .
• Maintain consistency across websites through reusable

  UI components and design systems

  .
• Optimize designs for

  usability, accessibility, performance, and different screen sizes

  .
• Understand user requirements and business objectives to create effective and engaging website experiences.
• Stay updated with the latest

  web design, UI/UX, typography, visual design, and interaction design trends

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications (Mandatory)

• 2+ years of professional experience as a Web Designer.

• Strong proficiency in

  Figma

  and other relevant design tools.
• Good understanding of

  UI/UX principles and modern web design standards

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  responsive web design

  and mobile-first design principles.
• Good understanding of

  HTML5 and CSS3

  .
• Knowledge of

  JavaScript basics

  will be an added advantage.
• Experience designing

  websites, landing pages, dashboards, and web-based interfaces

  .
• Strong understanding of

  typography, color theory, spacing, grids, layouts, and visual hierarchy

  .
• Ability to create

  wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs

  .
• Knowledge of creating

  interactive designs, transitions, and basic web animations

  .
• Experience working with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain

  design consistency and quality

  .
• Strong creative, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate visual designs into pixel-accurate web experiences.
• Experience creating scroll-based animations, micro-interactions, transitions, and interactive web experiences.
• Knowledge of the Angular framework is a plus.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, or similar creative tools is a plus.

• Portfolio of previous web design/UI work is required.

• Ability to translate visual designs into pixel-accurate web experiences.
• Experience creating scroll-based animations, micro-interactions, transitions, and interactive web experiences.
• Knowledge of the Angular framework is a plus.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, or similar creative tools is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

• Ability to independently handle

  website design projects from concept to final design
