Frontend Vue.js Developer

As a skilled Frontend Vue.js Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining user interfaces for web applications using Vue.js/NUXT. Collaborating with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers is crucial to create high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly applications that align with our business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include developing scalable and efficient web applications using Vue.js and Vuex. Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices is essential. Working closely with designers to implement user-friendly interfaces, collaborating with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs, and optimizing applications for speed and scalability are vital aspects of this role. You will be expected to conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure responsiveness and compatibility across various devices and browsers. Participation in code reviews to uphold high-quality standards is necessary. Continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in frontend development and Vue.js are encouraged. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 2+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer, with a strong focus on Vue.js/NUXT. Proficiency in Vue.js, Vuex, component-based architecture, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) is required. Familiarity with frontend build tools like Webpack, Babel, npm, responsive design frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS, and version control systems like Git is expected. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and excellent communication skills are essential soft skills needed for this role. Preferred qualifications include experience with other JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular, familiarity with TypeScript and its integration with Vue.js, understanding of RESTful services and APIs, and experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Cypress. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Reliability in commuting or planning to relocate before starting work is required.
