Full Stack PHP Developer (Backend Owner)
Role: Own backend for Form -style applications using PHP (Laravel preferred) + MySQL, build admin panel and secure form processing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop backend in PHP/Laravel
Build secure form handling: server-side validation, CSRF, XSS prevention, SQL injection prevention
Design/manage MySQL DB (migrations, indexes, query optimization)
Build admin dashboard/CRM (list/search/filter/pagination, exports)
Deploy/maintain on VPS/shared hosting (Nginx/Apache), logs/backups
Must Have
4+ years PHP (real projects)
Laravel (preferred) + MySQL strong
Strong security fundamentals (CSRF/XSS/SQLi)
Can screen-share code/project walkthrough
