Front Office/Receptionist(Hospital Background)

Job Location: Kalyani Nagar,Pune

Candidates from Healthcare/Hospital Industry preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and patient registration.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow.
• Handle calls, inquiries, and appointment follow-ups.
• Support admissions and treatment coordination.
• Explain treatment charges and assist in financial counselling.
• Manage billing, cash collection, and payment records.
• Maintain accurate patient records (MRD) and documentation.
• Process insurance/TPA documentation and claims.
• Ensure inventory availability and administrative support.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with organizational protocols.

Requirements

• Any Graduate or Diploma
• 1+ years of Front Office/Reception experience.
• Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
• Good documentation and record management abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
