FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE – PATIENT RELATIONS (IN-PATIENTS)

Sundaram Medical Foundation (SMF), Chennai, is looking for enthusiastic and patient-focused individuals to join our Patient Relations – OP team.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Any Degree
• Experience: 0–2 years
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling patient appointments and scheduling.
• Welcoming and guiding patients and their attendants.
• Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Attending and managing incoming calls and patient enquiries.
• Ensuring a pleasant and positive experience for patients and visitors.
