Front Office Executive (Hotel Industry Only)

Guest Relations & Check-In/Check-Out

• Welcoming Guests: Acts as the primary face of the hotel, greeting arrivals warmly and establishing a positive first impression.
• Check-Ins & Check-Outs: Verifies guest identification, registers arrivals, assigns room types, issues electronic room keys, and processes final bill settlements.
• Service Recovery: Handles guest inquiries, resolves complaints, and manages special requests or room upgrade opportunities.

Reservations & Communications

• Managing Bookings: Handles phone, email, and online portal reservations, cancellations, walk-ins, and no-shows.
• Inquiries & Messaging: Answers switchboard calls, takes messages, coordinates wake-up calls, and shares local tourism or hotel amenity details.
• VIP Services: Prepares for high-profile arrivals (VIPs/CIPs) and coordinates special welcome arrangements.

Operational & Interdepartmental Coordination

• Housekeeping Liaison: Communicates real-time room status updates (clean, dirty, inspected, or out-of-order) to keep turnarounds fast.
• Financial Reconciliation: Balances cash floats, processes credit card transactions, issues invoices, and completes shift reports.
• Administrative Records: Maintains guest profiles, logs, and day-to-day office paperwork

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
