Front Office Executive – Hotel

DrizzleDrop Inn is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Front Office Executive to join our hotel team. The candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming guests, handling reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Manage room reservations, booking enquiries, and cancellations.
• Attend phone calls, emails, and guest enquiries professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments.
• Maintain guest records, billing details, and payment transactions.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage bookings from online travel agencies (OTAs) such as MakeMyTrip, Agoda, and Booking.com.
• Ensure the front desk and reception area remain clean and organized.
• Follow hotel policies and maintain professional standards.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of hotel booking systems and OTA platforms is an advantage.
• Friendly attitude, professional appearance, and a guest-focused approach.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
