Job Responsibilities

• Handle OPD, IPD, Emergency, Insurance, and Corporate billing.
• Generate accurate patient bills and process payments.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support departments for billing closure.
• Manage TPA and insurance-related billing documentation.
• Verify charges and ensure billing accuracy.
• Reconcile daily collections and prepare billing reports.
• Resolve patient billing queries professionally.

Eligibility

• Any Graduate.
• 2–6 years of experience in hospital billing.
• Knowledge of OP/IP billing, insurance, TPA, and cash handling.
• Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
