Job Description

Clinic Dermatech is looking for a Front Office Coordinator to manage reception operations, appointments, and client coordination at our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and assist them with appointments and inquiries.
• Handle incoming calls, appointment bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Manage cash handling, billing, and daily payment records.
• Maintain stock and inventory records and coordinate for replenishment.
• Update client details and daily records using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain an organized reception area and provide a professional client experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in front office, reception, or a similar role; experience in a dermatology, aesthetic, healthcare, or wellness clinic is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Experience in appointment scheduling, cash handling, and inventory management is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
