Front Desk Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, friendly and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our members and visitors. The role will be responsible for managing front desk operations, member interactions, basic sales and coordination with the center team to ensure a smooth day-to-day experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist members, visitors and walk-in customers.

Handle calls, WhatsApp enquiries, bookings, cancellations and member requests.

Respond to member queries and ensure a positive customer experience.

Follow up with leads and support membership, coaching and program sales.

Explain memberships, classes, programs and facility offerings to customers.

Coordinate with coaches, housekeeping and maintenance teams for smooth center operations.

Ensure the facility is clean, presentable and ready for members.

Maintain accurate records of bookings, enquiries, payments and daily activities.

Handle member feedback and resolve basic concerns, escalating issues when required.

Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines and front desk processes.

Support the Center Manager with day-to-day operational activities.

Candidate Profile

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.

Candidates with experience in the sports, fitness, gym, hospitality or customer service industry will be preferred.

Passionate about sports, fitness and an active lifestyle.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, confident and comfortable interacting with customers.

Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.

Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working in shifts, weekends and holidays.

Basic knowledge of Google Workspace / MS Office.
