Went there to donate blood, the staff were polite and courteous, was immediately checked for my health status and the donation was made immediately. It's open 24 hours and blood is available for free. God bless them for the noble cause they are working on.

It's a great noble cause and providing blood donation service gives new life to the people who are in life emergency. It's the first NAT approved blood bank in Hyderabad. It means, the blood you receive from here is safe.

The process and staff is very nice. You should be aware that you are donating blood or platelets. For blood donation it takes 10-15 mins but platelets donation will make you wait for 45-60 mins. But it is the place you can rely on for quality check.

Staff response is good but result always a big ( 0 ) they asked for donor if any one have donors then why the hell they go to them . Bad service no stock always they ask to bring donor.
