The rooms are spacious, but the room service is terrible. It takes an hour to get morning tea. We asked for an electric kettle and had to remind them four times, waiting three hours to receive it.

The receptionist was really harsh to us. He gave us the wrong key while leaving the hotel and ordered us to give it back. We went back yo the hotel which cost us another 400 and when reached he was blaming us thus that we should’ve checked the key number. He was very rude to us making the stay the worst

Towel was dirty. Bathroom door can't be closed from outside. No latch at all. Elevator door close alarm was so loud. Couldn't sleep the whole night. Breakfast was not hygienic. Better to avoid free breakfast.
