Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new B2B clients (beauty brands, private labels, distributors) for third-party manufacturing. Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and client needs to develop targeted sales strategies. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive long-term partnerships. Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and meet revenue targets. Product Consultation: Work with R&D and production teams to provide customized cosmetic solutions based on client requirements. Regulatory & Compliance Awareness: Ensure clients understand manufacturing regulations, certifications, and compliance requirements (FDA, GMP, etc.). Brand Collaboration: Partner with emerging and established beauty brands to offer private-label manufacturing services. Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business performance metrics to management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the cosmetic manufacturing industry . Strong knowledge of third-party/private label manufacturing processes . Excellent B2B sales, negotiation, and communication skills . Ability to understand cosmetic formulations and industry trends. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and market research techniques. Strong networking skills with beauty brands, cosmetic retailers, and distributors . Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events. Role & responsibilities
