You are being offered an exciting opportunity for a Hardware & Networking Technician role in Electronic City, Bangalore. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for hardware installation, configuration, and training at client locations. It is essential for you to possess a valid driving license and have access to a two-wheeler for client visits. Key Responsibilities: - Visit client sites to perform hardware installation tasks for biometric access control, gate automation, networking, and CCTV systems. - Conduct product demonstrations and provide usage instructions post-installation. - Provide technical support by resolving software and hardware issues remotely. - Possess a strong understanding of hardware & networking concepts, cable connections, cabling knowledge, and hardware connections for biometric, access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems. - Ability to read and comprehend English for effective communication. Qualifications Required: - Graduates in any discipline such as 12th Pass, Diploma, ITI, BCA, Bachelor's in Computer/Electrical/Electronics, or equivalent. - Prior experience in technical support for at least 1 year is preferred. - Familiarity with English language is preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary as per company standards.
