Job Description

Sort, distribute, and collect internal and external mail.
Process domestic and international courier shipments.
Deliver tracked mail items and packages to employees and departments.
Distribute office stationery and supplies across departments.
Follow scheduled mail delivery and collection routes.
Investigate and process unidentified or Ambigous mail.
Performing clearance of outgoing mail drop boxes according to established collection schedules, ensuring timely processing and dispatch of correspondence.
Performing printer and MFD checks, including toner replacement, paper refilling, and basic maintenance activities.
Perform collection of Confidential documents from the CWD bins and carrying out secure destruction (shredding) of confidential documents.
Supporting the reprographics team with various finishing activities such as book binding, lamination, cutting, and other related tasks.
Support document fulfillment and special administrative projects.
Maintain and update employee location databases, floor plans, and seating maps.
Prepare monthly mail volume reports and operational metrics for management.
Assist at the front desk and support client requests.
Respond to mail-related phone and email inquiries.
Coordinate ad hoc internal and external deliveries and collections.
Liaise with courier companies and mail service vendors regarding delivery arrangements.
