Job description: We are launching a new takeaway & cloud kitchen brand in Durgapur focused on chicken curry and stuffed parathas . We are currently in the pre-launch phase and looking to discuss and shortlist an experienced chef who can join us once the kitchen setup is finalized. Responsibilities Prepare atta parathas (plain & stuffed) Prepare chicken curry consistently with good taste Maintain cleanliness & hygiene in the kitchen Manage basic food preparation & timing Work in a small takeaway/cloud kitchen setup Requirements Experience in Indian cooking (paratha & chicken dishes preferred) Ability to work independently in a small kitchen Knowledge of hygiene & food safety Honest, disciplined, and reliable Benefits Fixed monthly salary (on-time payment) Free staff meal during duty hours Opportunity to grow with a new food brand Stable long-term role after launch Respectful and clean work environment Performance-based salary revision after 3–6 months Important Note This is an upcoming food business .
