Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented candidates to join our Freight Forwarding Operations team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating import and export shipments, managing EXIM documentation, and ensuring smooth logistics operations.

Freshers with basic knowledge of EXIM (Export-Import) procedures are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments with clients, shipping lines, airlines, and freight partners.
• Handle EXIM documentation, including invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, and Airway Bills.
• Coordinate with customs brokers (CHA), transporters, and other logistics partners.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients.
• Assist in customs clearance and shipment-related formalities.
• Maintain shipment records and ensure timely documentation.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth shipment execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; preferably Logistics, International Business, or Supply Chain Management.
• Basic understanding of EXIM procedures and freight forwarding operations.
• Knowledge of import-export documentation will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the logistics industry.

Experience

• Freshers with knowledge of EXIM are encouraged to apply.
• Experienced candidates with relevant freight forwarding or logistics experience are also welcome.

Working Schedule

Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
