We build enterprise management software across India, including School ERP OS, Restaurant & Dhaba POS Billing Systems, Car Rental Fleet CRM, and Retail Management Software.

We are currently recruiting motivated, proactive Freelance Marketing Assistants to expand our client outreach across educational institutions, restaurants, and local businesses.

Role Details:

• Job Type: Freelance / Part-Time / Flexible

• Location: Remote / Work from Home / Field Outreach (Odisha & Pan-India)

• Hours: 100% Flexible (Work at your own convenience)

• Compensation: Performance-based commission (Earn ₹15,000 to ₹40,000+ per month based on closed licenses)

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective clients in your local area or online network (Schools, Colleges, Coaching Centers,Nursing Homes ,Real Estate, Highway Dhabas, Restaurants, and Travel Agencies).

• Introduce Technocons software products using our official digital brochures, live cloud demo links, and feature booklets.

• Understand client requirements and schedule quick online product demos with our central technical team.

• Follow up with leads via WhatsApp, phone calls, or personal visits.

• Coordinate with our central technical team to finalize software delivery.

• Experience Certificate: Official performance certificate and recommendation letter provided upon request.

Requirements:

• College students, freshers, or professionals looking for high-earning freelance work.

• Prior experience in marketing, B2B sales, or customer outreach is a plus, but freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

• Good communication skills in Odia, Hindi, Marathi +local language or English.

• Must have a smartphone with WhatsApp and an active internet connection.

• Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented attitude.
